Baked Buttered Garlic Tilapia w/ sauteed Baby Spinach Leaves
I bought fish and chicken to last me for daaaaays. I’ve been eating so much chicken lately, I decided to switch it up today and eat some fish instead. I have such limited ingredients lying around my kitchen that this was all very randomly put together. The end result however, was DELICIOUS :)
Greek Chicken, Roast Potatoes, Tzatziki sauce & salad.
Two of my friends and I like to have cooking/catch-up dates. Lately we haven’t been able to get together but this was from the last time.
We made everything minus the salad dressing :)
